There are two types of transferring – Blind & Attentive. The only difference is Attentive transfer includes calling the remote extension first and giving them a heads up. Blind transfers just send the call to the extension regardless of if someone is there or not.

Attentive transfer is set to default when you click the transfer button even though it shows up along the bottom.

#1. While on the phone click the Transfer key (looks like two rotary phones located on bottom right side of phone) or by clicking the horizontal button called Transfer

#2. If Attentive, enter the extension number you would like to call or by clicking the BLF key

#3. To finish the transfer, click the horizontal Transfer key.
