How to set a ringtone

Step 1: Access the Menu

1. Press the Menu button (the center circle button on the navigation pad).

2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Preferences.

3. Press Select.

Step 2: Choose a Ringtone

1. In the Preferences menu, scroll to Sounds and press Select.

2. Choose the Account or Line you want to assign a ringtone to (if multiple lines are configured).

3. Scroll through the list of available tones using the Left and Right arrow keys.

4. Once you’ve found your preferred ringtone, highlight it and press Save or OK.

Step 3: Confirm the Setting

• Return to the Home screen by pressing the Back or Home button.

• You can test your new ringtone by calling your extension or having someone call your line.

Expected Behavior

• The selected ringtone will play for all incoming calls on the configured account.

• Different lines can have different ringtones for easier identification.
